Country Hotel - Restaurant Manager - Salary £28,000 Worcestershire

Our client is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for their busy country house hotel. The Restaurant Manager's role will include ensuring that service standards are maintained in The Fine Dining, Brasserie and terrace area.

The Role

* Managing all aspects of Restaurant service B/L/D
* Leading by example, demonstrating high standards professionalism
* Always involved in service not office based
* Able to plan and deliver outstanding guest experience in several outlets at one time

The Person

* Highly organised
* A leader
* Already working as a Restaurant Manager
* Experience of working to AA Rosette standards is essential
* Able to deal with busy service and high guest expectation
* Someone who relishes working on each service
