Restaurant Manager 4 Star Hotel 2AA Rosette Leicestershire £24k + grats + live in Restaurant Manager

This superb 4 star hotel is looking for a Skilled and Passionate Restaurant Manager.

The Position

As Restaurant Manager your involvement will be crucial to the continued success of this thriving and growing business and so as Restaurant Manager you would be expected to have the following skills, experience and attributes:

- Superb host - be the face of the restaurant
- Help create a relaxed, informal but professional service in the restaurant
- Have an excellent wine knowledge
- Motivate and inspire your team to the levels expected in a 2AA Restaurant
- The Restaurant Manager will also manage the breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea service.

Experience

You will have previous experience at a minimum 1AA rosette level as a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor and be a strong people person and manager. You must be able to demonstrate a strong career history and not be a job hopper. You must have been in permanent not relief roles in the past few years.
