Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their busy Gastro pub serving all fresh food to a high standard. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property. The property serves all freshly prepared food to large numbers of guests and is looking to achieve accolades in the near future.

The Role

Hands on Head Chef
Working closely with the Owners
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using local products
Managing and developing a small motivated Brigade
Managing GP targets

The Person

Already working as a Head Chef or a Confident Sous looking for first Head Chef role
Ideally from Fast Paced Restaurant or Gastro pub using Fresh Ingredients
Calm Personality
Good Motivator & Manager
Menu Planning and costing

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary to £30k + £5k tips + £3k bonus = £38k package
