Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. Our Client based in the New Forest is recruiting an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for their 4* hotel. This is an opportunity for someone who wants a career with a major luxury brand in the hotel sector.

The Role - Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

  • Reporting to the F&B Manager
  • Responsible for restaurant, bars, lounge and events
  • Ensuring complete adherence to the SOP
  • Training and development of the F&B team
  • Effective communication with your team, management and guests
