Restaurant Manager - £35,000 Responsible for Fine Dining & Brasserie

Our client is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for their outstanding hotel restaurants. This is an opportunity for an existing Restaurant Manager strong AA Rosette or Michelin Star experience. You will be responsible for managing a fine dining and a brasserie. You will be a key member of hte team charged with winning a Micheling Star for the hotel.

The Person

• Michelin Star or 2/3AA Rosette experience essential
• Steady work history
• Excellent training and team development skills
• Attention to detail
• Immaculate presentation
• Good working knowledge of wines
