Our client in Leicestershire is recruiting a Food and Beverage Manager for their luxury 4* Hotel. this is an excellent opportunity for a someone who is looking to further their career as a Food and Beverage Manager. This job could be suitable for a Restaurant Manager or C&B Manager on promotion.

The Role - Food and Beverage Manager

• Managing all aspects of food and beverage
• Developing the team
• Managing agreed targets and margin control
• Managing various outlets including restaurant, bar, lounge and high quality C&B
• Reporting to the General Manager

The Person - Food and Beverage Manager

• Already working as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
• Stable and progressive CV
• Hands on and motivated manager - lead by example
• A team leader and builder
• An equally good communicator with guests, fellow managers and your team.
