Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular Country Hotel serving all fresh food to a high standard near Lyndhurst in the New Forest. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or ambitious Sous chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy Hotel. The property serves all fresh, locally sourced food with a modern British Menu to 2AA rosette level in a relaxed dining environment
The Role
Working closely with the General Manager
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using local sourced products
Managing and developing the brigade
Managing GP targets
The Person
Already working as a Head Chef or a Confident Sous looking for first Head Chef role
Experience of Fresh Food
Good kitchen manager
Planning and costing
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary £36k + £4k bonus scheme
