Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their busy Centrally located Pub serving all fresh food to satisfied customers in Stratford-upon-avon. The pub has a modern kitchen and is popular locally as well as with tourists. The pub is looking for a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in serving a fresh Seasonal Menu with daily specials.

The Chef Role

Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food - British Seasonal Menu
Managing and leading a small motivated Brigade in Head Chef's absence
Help Achieve GP targets, Hygiene & Safety Standards

The Person

Already working as a Sous Chef or experienced Senior CDP on promotion
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to large numbers
Calm Personality
Good Motivator & Manager

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £25k + £3k tips = £28k
