A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Hunstanton & Titchwell area in North Norfolk for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their busy hotel. The Hotel has a AA Rosette level restaurant along weddings and functions, restaurant & bar work.

The Role

* Reporting to and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef
* Encouraging and developing Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for the bar, restaurant and functions
* Opportunity for career progression within the company

The Person

* You will already be a Junior Sous Chef or ambitious Chef de Partie in a Hotel/Restaurant
* Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
