Chef de Partie. Our client in Coventry is recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity, for a Chef de Partie, to join a fantastic hotel that has a strong leisure and corporate business in this busy location as well as a fine dining restaurant. The Hotel has an immediate vacancy for the right candidate.

The Role

* Working in the Conference & Banqueting Kitchen
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
* Using fresh ingredients to produce meals
* Opportunity for Career Development

The Person

* Already a Chef de Partie
* Experience of working in 3/4 Star Hotels preferably corporate/leisure market
* Capable and able to work unsupervised

Salary to £20k
