Chef de Partie. Our client in Stratford Upon Avon is recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity, for a Chef de Partie, to join a fantastic hotel that has a strong leisure and corporate business in this busy location as well as a fine dining restaurant. The Hotel has an immediate vacancy for the right candidate.

The Role

* Preparing meals for restaurant, bar, room service and banqueting
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
* Using fresh ingredients to produce meals
* Opportunity for Career Development

The Person

* Already a Chef de Partie
* Experience of working in 4 Star Hotels preferably with high end banqueting
* Capable and able to work unsupervised

Salary to £21k
