Junior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at this busy country Pub & Restaurant near Henley on Thames for a Junior Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food to a high standard. You will cook Modern British Cuisine for the informal restaurant & bar. All produce is fresh and locally sourced where possible.

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will assist in the preperation of meals
* Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service
* Maintain High Hygiene Standards at all times

The Person

* You will already be a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
* Able to work unsupervised
* Have experience of working in a busy fresh food kitchen
* Good attention to detail
* Steady Career History.
