Executive Chef - 4* Hotel -Gatwick West Sussex £50,000

Our client is recruiting a Executive Chef to take responsibility for their busy 4* Corporate Property based close Gatwick, West Sussex. The role is to oversee multi food outlets at the hotel.

• Designing and Costing of Menu's
• Support and coaching and training of Chef's
• Hygiene and Health & Safety Training
• Cost and Margin Control
• Producing Meals for multi-outlet restaurants/bars at the property

The Person - Executive Chef

• Excellent Communicator
• Must have experience as a Head/Executive Head Chef at a large 4* Corporate/Conference property - functions of around 400
• Strong financial awareness and controls
• Track record of Kitchen Management
• Hands on Leader & Team Player - record of developing/building brigades
