A great opportunity is available at our client based in Sutton Coldfield for a Sous Chef to work in their busy hotel & Spa. As part of a team working with fresh food you will be assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food for the fine dining restaurant, bar, conferencing and functions.

The Role

* As Sous Chef you will deputise and cover Head Chef absence
* Produce Meals for 2AA Rosette Restaurant, Functions & Banqueting
* Training and developing junior members of the brigade
* Managing paperwork & Health & Safety

The Person

* Already working as a Sous Chef
* Stable work history
* Hotel background
* Able to manage kitchen in Chef's absence
* Excellent communicator
