Sous Chef - Large 4* Corporate Hotel, Basingstoke Hampshire

A great opportunity is available at our client based in Basingstoke for a Sous Chef to work in their busy 4* hotel. As part of a team working with fresh food you will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen which serves the a la carte restaurant, bar menu and functions.

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef
* Managing in his absence
* Training and developing junior members of the brigade
* Managing paperwork and stock control
* Health & Safety

The Person

* Already working as a Sous Chef or experienced Junior Sous Chef
* Stable work history
* Large Hotel background
* Able to manage a busy kitchen
* Excellent communicator

Salary & Benefits

* Salary to £27k - all hours paid
