Chef de Partie. Our client in near Swindon is recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity, for a Chef de Partie, to join a fantastic hotel that has a strong leisure and corporate business in this busy location. The Hotel has an immediate vacancy so can start someone asap.

The Role

* Working on all sections of the kitchen except Pastry
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
* Using fresh ingredients to produce meals for the restaurant, bar menu and room service

The Person

* Already a Chef de Partie
* Experience of working in 3/4 Star Hotels with all fresh food
* Capable and able to work unsupervised
