Senior Sous Chef Busy 4* Hotel Gerrards Cross SL9 £34k + £2k tips + bonus scheme!!

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in Gerrards Cross for a Senior Sous Chef to work in their busy hotel. The Hotel has a very busy conferencing and banqueting operation as well as a busy informal restaurant serving large volumes of guests.

The Role

* Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
* Encouraging and developing Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for the restaurant, bar and functions

The Person

* You will already be a Senior Sous Chef or ambitious Sous Chef in a busy operation
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Have experience of working in a 4* busy hotel or restaurant operation
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £34k + bonus scheme
Service Charge of approx £2k per year - paid monthly
Meals & Uniform
28 days holiday
