Conference and Banqueting Manager - Mildenhall Suffolk

Our client is recruiting a Conference and Banqueting Manager for hotel with an excellent weddings and functions.

The Role - Conference and Banqueting Manager

• Reporting to the General Manager
• Responsible for all conference and banqueting activity.
• Management of bar and lounge area
• Managing weddings
• Training and development of your team
• Assisting in the restaurant and providing management cover as needed.

The Person -Conference and Banqueting Manager

• you will already have experience of working in C&B and the restaurant
• Able to manage the bar
• A team player able to develop your people
• Flexible and adaptable to ensure high levels of guest service.
• A stable work history is essential

Salary & Benefits

• Salary £26,000
• 28 days holiday
