Our client near Tetbury in Gloucestershire, is recruiting a hands on Restaurant Manager for their casual dining restaurant. All fresh food to AA Rosette standard

Restaurant Manager - The Role

• Reporting to the General Manager
• Managing each service
• Training development of the team is very important
• Resolving any complaints or issues with diners
• Welcoming and greeting all diners
• This is a floor based based role with minimal paperwork

Restaurant Manager - The Person

• You will have an outgoing, friendly and welcoming personality
• Act as the "face of the restaurant"
• Experience of all fresh food in a quality restaurant
• Energetic and a team leader
• Experience of managing a 50 seater+ restaurant
• Outstanding trainer and coach
• Enjoys giving great service at all times

• Salary package £28,500
