Excellent Opportunity in Reading Town Centre
A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in Reading for a Pastry Chef de Partie to work in their luxury city centre Hotel and work in the fine dining restaurant alongside a talented and experienced Head Chef. You need to be a strong and capable Pastry Chef who will assist with both restaurant fine dining, afternoon teas and functions/banqueting
The Role
* Running and managing the hotel kitchen
* Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
* Preparing Breads, Pastries & Desserts using fresh produce to AA rosette level
* Restaurant, Afternoon Teas & Function Work
The Person
* You will already be a Pastry Chef de Partie
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
