Great New Opportunity with Luxury Restaurant Kitchen

Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at this Fantastic Restaurant in the Cotswolds for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh, locally sourced seasonal food to guests for lunch & dinner service.

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the AA Rosette level kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service
* Strong Management skills

The Person

* You will already be a Sous or Junior Sous wanting to step up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working in a 1-2AA rosette kitchen
* Good attention to detail
* Steady Career History. Not long spells of relief or overseas work.
