Assistant Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining - £27K

Our client is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their hotel restaurant. This is an opportunity for a Head Waiter or someone who is already an Assistant Restaurant Manager with experience of fine dining. 2AA or 3AA Rosette experience is a real advantage.

Assistant Restaurant Manager -The Role

• Reporting to the Restaurant Manager
• Leading each service
• Managing all training and development within the restaurant
• Excellent knowledge of food
• Some wine knowledge an advantage

Assistant Restaurant Manager -The Person

• Michelin Star experience essential as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Head Waiter
• Excellent knowledge and passion for food
• Natural leader and team builder
• Excellent training and coaching skills
• Able to develop strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business

Assistant Restaurant Manager - Salary & Benefits

• Salary £24,000
• Service and tips £3,000
• 28 days holiday
• Live in Accommodation
