Head Chef. Country Dining Pub Nr Bingham Nottinghamshire £30k package Head Chef

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular country dining pub serving all fresh food to a high standard near Bingham, Nottinghamshire. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property. The property serves all fresh, locally sourced food with a modern British Menu to 1-2AA rosette level.

The Role

Working closely with the Owner
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using local products
Managing and developing the brigade
Managing GP targets

The Person

Already working as a Head Chef or a Confident Sous looking for first Head Chef role
Experience of Fresh Food
Good kitchen manager
Planning and costing

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary £25k + £5k tips + bonus
Accommodation if required
