Chef de Partie Luxury 4* Hotel New Forest, Hampshire 

Our client is a luxury 2AA rosette awarded Hotel in the New Forest who are recruiting a Chef de Partie. You will be a Chef de Partie working with the finest, freshest ingredient to produce great food in the informal fine dining restaurant.

The Role

• Working on all sections of the kitchen except Pastry
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef. 
• Using fresh ingredients to produce meals of a high standard 
• Opportunity for Career Progression

The Person

• Already a Chef de Partie  looking for a new challenge  
• Experience of working with fresh food and college qualification 
• Capable and able to work unsupervised
