Pastry Chef de Partie required for Production Kitchen. 5 Day Shifts per week 0600-1430

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for our clients at this busy production kitchen in the Cotswolds near to Kingham & Moreton-in-Marsh. Working as part of a dedicated Patisserie Kitchen you will help prepare and make Cakes, Biscuits, Desserts, Tarts and Confectionary for sale to upmarket shops and customers.

You will work 5 shifts per week from 6am with around one Sunday per month. All overtime is paid and you have a 40hr per week contract. Due to location you would need your own transport.

The Person

  • You must have previous experience of Kitchens ideally to AA rosette level
  • Already a Pastry Chef de Partie level
  • Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members 
  • Good attention to detail 
  • Steady Career History showing progression.
