Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Wick in Bristol for a Sous Chef to work in their Luxury Hotel & Restaurant. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food to a AA rosette standard. The Head Chef is looking for a strong Sous who can help lead and motivate the brigade to prepare and serve meals for the fine dining restaurant, functions and weddings.
The Role
* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the AA Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for bar, restaurant and functions
* Strong Management skills
* Mature focus and outlook
The Person
* You will already be a Sous Chef from a quality hotel kitchen
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working in a rosette standard Kitchen
* Good attention to detail
Salary & Benefits
Salary to £32k +
Live In Accommodation if required
