Head Chef - Luxury Hotel - Cambridge

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef to take responsibility for their luxury Property based in Cambridge.  The role is to run the kitchen and manage the brigade to produce AA rosette level food for the restaurant, functions and events.

• Designing and Costing of Menu's
• Support and coaching and training of Chef's
• Hygiene and Health & Safety Training
• Cost and Margin Control
• Producing Fresh Seasonal Meals for restaurant and functions at the property

The Person - Head Chef

• Excellent Communicator
• Must have experience as a Head/Executive Chef at busy hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong financial awareness and controls
• Track record of Kitchen Management
• Hands on Leader & Team Player - record of developing/building brigades

Salary & Benefits - Executive Chef

• Salary to £45-50k
