Our client is recruiting a Deputy General Manager for their 4* hotel. This is a role for somone who has a strong F&B background. The suitable candidate will already be working as a DGM or Operations Manager in a 100 plus bedroom hotel. The role is also suitable for a Generla manager from a smaller hotel. Candidates with experience of working in luxurt group hotels or highlt professional privately owned hotels will be at an advantage.
The Role - Deputy General Manager
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Hotel
- Managing rooms, reception, all F&B operations, maintenance
- Performing duties in the absence of the General manager
- Training and development of team members
- Managing the restaurant & bar, kitchen, houskeeping and reception
The Person - Deputy General Manager Manager
- Outgoing and welcoming hospitality professional
- Stable work history showing progression
- Previous experience in working as a senior manager at Operations Manager or DGM
- Training experience an advantage
- Experienec of working for luxury brand
Salary & Benefits - Deputy General Manager
- Salary £445,000 - £48,000
- 28 days holiday
