Great New Opportunity in Pub & Restaurant
Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at this Fantastic Bar & Restaurant south of Bath for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh, locally sourced food to guests for lunch & dinner service.
The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the AA Rosette level kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service - 4 days per week, 3 days off!!
- Strong Management skills
The Person
- You will already be a Sous or Junior Sous wanting to step up
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in a AA rosette kitchen
- Good attention to detail
- Steady Career History. Not long spells of relief or overseas work.
Salary & Benefits
Salary to £26k plus £4k tips = £30k package
