Excellent Head Chef Career Opportunity
Our client is a busy luxury Hotel & Venue who are now recruiting for a Head Chef . The role will oversee the preparation of meals for Fine Dining Restaurant, Afternoon Tea, functions, weddings and banqueting.
The Role
You will lead a brigade serving all fresh, seasonal produce and preparing meals for restauarnt service as well as functions. The role would be suitable for a Head Chef who can lead and run an existing kitchen team of chefs. You will serve AA rosette level food with full autonomy to introduce a fresh. modern seasonal menu for the property.
The Person
- Excellent Communicator
- Must have experience as a Head/Executive Chef in a luxury Hotel or Restaurant
- Strong financial awareness and controls
- Track record of Kitchen Management
- Hands on Leader & Team Player - record of developing/building brigades
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary to £40k
