Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity
Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy fine dining restaurant with rooms with serving all fresh food to satisfied customers in the Northampton area. They are looking for a candidate who can produce good quality food to large numbers of guests at AA rosette level.
The Sous Chef Role
Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Modern British Menu
Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service plus functions
Keep High Hygiene & Safety Standards
The Person
Already working as a Chef de Partie
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to large numbers
Calm Personality
Good Motivator & Manager
You will need your own form of transport as public transport is limited to the pub's location
