Head Chef - Great Role based at Boutique Hotel & Restaurant

Head Chef. Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular Boutique Hotel & Restaurant serving all fresh food near Aylesbury. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy Hotel. The property serves all fresh, local and seasonal food with a modern British Menu to AA rosette level in a relaxed dining environment.

The Role

• Working closely with the General Manager
• Producing Fresh Cooked Food using local and seasonal products
• Managing and developing the brigade 
• Managing GP targets, food costs and hygiene

The Person

• Already working as a Head Chef or Sous on promotion in a busy hotel
• Experience of preparing all fresh food for restaurant and functions
• Good kitchen manager
