Excellent New Sous Chef Opportunity with busy Production Kitchen

Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Bicester area for a Sous Chef to work in their high end production kitchen. You assist the head chef in preparing fresh meals for executive clients. The kitchen operates on a seven day basis and you will work 5 days a week on a rota basis.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
  • Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
  • Preparing meals for bespoke clients
  • Strong Management skills
  • Mature focus and outlook

The Person

  • You will already be a Sous Chef
  • Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
  • Have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen
  • Good attention to detail
