Senior Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel Ipswich - Work all sections including Pastry

Senior Chef de Partie. Our client based at this 4* Luxury Hotel has a fantastic opportunity to join its brigade. This is an opportunity to join a busy kitchen that has an excellent reputation for its food.  In this role you will cover all sections including Pastry so you need to have good experience on this section.

The Role

• Working on all kitchen sections
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef 
• Working in the AA rosette level Kitchen

The Person

• Already a Chef de Partie from a strong hotel or restaurant
• Experience of 4* Hotel ideally to rosette levels 
• Career focused and Team Player 
• Wanting to learn and develop management skills under strong Head Chef
