Sous Chef - Great Role in Busy Country Dining Pub - Immediate Start available

Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Basingstoke area for a Sous Chef to work in their country dining Pub which has a AA rosette level restaurant and is popular with locals and tourists. You will serve a fresh, seasonal modern British menu and run service in the Head Chefs absence.

The Role

• Running and managing kitchen service in Head Chef absence
• Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs 
• Preparing meals using fresh produce to AA rosette level for lunch and dinner service
• Kitchen Management duties

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills 
• Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard 
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude 
• Steady Career History
