Chef de Partie - Dining Pub - Lymington to £25k

Chef de Partie. Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy dining pub in Lymington. They are looking for Chef who wants to work at AA Rosette level and serve large numbers of satisfied guests.

The Role - Chef de Partie

• Working on the all Section's except Pastry
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service 
• Managing and ordering your own section

Experience

• You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant
• Experience to AA rosette level 
• Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent 
• Able to work in busy kitchen serving last numbers of guests a fresh, seasonal menu
