Senior Sous Chef - Luxury Country Hotel - route to Head Chef role in future

Our client is a superb award winning Country Hotel in the New Forest who are recruiting a Senior Sous Chef with experience of working with fresh food. You will be working with the finest, freshest ingredients to produce food of the highest standard to 2AA rosette level. You will help prepare meals for the restauarnt and relaxed terrace using locally sourced produce for service and private parties. The role is a route to promotion to Head Chef in the future.

The Role

* Preparing meals for restauarnt and functions using seasonal local produce.
* Running service in Head Chef's absence
* Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene
* Opportunity for Career Progression to Head Chef within company

The Person

* Already a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in a 2AA rosette level kitchen
* Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
* Capable and able to work unsupervised
