The Job - Meeting and Events Assistant Manager
- Planning events in line with the Event Sheet
- Managing team members
- Discussing the format of the event or meeting
- Coordinating with kitchen and C&B teams
- Supervising the event on the day
The Person - Meeting and Events Assistant Manager
- Already working in a meeting and events department - advantageous
- Some knowledge of working on events as waiter or supervisor
- Good personal skills
- Aware of business and upselling skills
- Meticulous planner and strong follow up
