Excellent Banqueting Chef role at busy 4* Hotel
Banqueting Sous Chef. Our client is recruiting a Chef to manage the banqueting Kitchen of their luxury hotel in the Cotswolds. This is an opportunity for a highly organised Sous Chef to manage their own kitchen reporting to the Executive Chef.
The Role
Managing the banqueting kitchen to serve meals for weddings and functions
Leading your team of chefs
Ensuring all aspects of your kitchen are to the company standards
Working closely with other managers to ensure weddings and events are sent our smoothly
The Person
Already a Sous Chef
Strong background in banqueting, weddings and events
Calm and able to work as part of a team
Understands all paperwork relating to the kitchen.
