A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Nailsworth for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their luxury hotel. The Hotel has an award winning restaurant along weddings and functions. The Head Chef is looking for a career orientated chef who wants to join and develop as part of a talented kitchen team.

The Role

  • Reporting to and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef
  • Encouraging and developing Junior Chefs 
  • Preparing meals for the restaurant and functions
  • Opportunity for career progression within the company


The Person

  • You will already be a Junior Sous Chef or ambitious Chef de Partie in a Hotel/Restaurant
  • Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator 
  • Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude 
  • Steady Career History
