Head Chef - Luxury Venue - Hertfordshire

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef to take responsibility for their luxury Property based in Hertfordshire. The role is to oversee restaurant, bar, conferencing and room service at the hotel. 

• Designing and Costing of New Menu's
• Support and coaching and training of Chef's
• Hygiene and Health & Safety Training
• Cost and Margin Control
• Producing Fresh Seasonal Meals for multi-outlet restaurants/bar at the property

The Person - Head Chef

• Excellent Communicator
• Must have experience as a Head/Executive Head Chef at a large hotel or conference operation
• Strong financial awareness and controls
• Track record of Kitchen Management
• Hands on Leader & Team Player - record of developing/building brigades

Salary & Benefits - Executive Chef

• Salary Package to £40k
