Chef de Partie - Immediate Start with Busy Hotel & Restaurant

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based at Birmingham Airport for a Chef de Partie to work in their busy Hotel & Restaurant. As part of a hard working brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for buffetts, banqueting and restauarnt. You will work straight shifts either 8-6 or 2-10 and the hotel is on direct bus route from Birmingham & Coventry.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the kitchen using fresh ingredients 
• Preparing and plating meals for banqueting and restaurant
• Mature focus and outlook

The Person

• You will already be a Chef de Partie or ambitious Commis Chef
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members 
• Have experience of working in an all fresh food standard Kitchen Good attention to detail

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £9.50 per hour - all hours paid
