Excellent Opportunity in Fantastic Busy Dining Pub - Earn up to £27k - 3 Nights off per week!

Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy Dining Pub with serving all fresh food to satisfied customers in the South Cambridge area. They are therefore looking for a candidate who can produce good quality food food to large volumes of customers. The pub is closed for service on Sunday & Monday night plus you get another rota day so chefs get 3 nights off per week. The pub is in a village so own transport is required.

The Role

Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Modern British Menu
Managing and Ordering for your section
Help Achieve GP targets, Hygiene & Safety Standards

The Person

Already working as a Chef de Partie or Strong Commis Chef
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to large numbers
Calm Personality

Salary to £22k + 5k tips = £27k package
