Sous Chef - All day Brasserie Service at Luxury Hotel

Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this luxury Hotel in Slough for a Sous Chef to work in the Hotel Brasserie & Country Club. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving brasserie food and light meals for all day service.


The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will work in Hotel Brasserie restaurant
• All meals made using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients 
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service 
• Strong Management skills

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members 
• Have experience of working at AA rosette kitchen preferred 
• Good attention to detail 
• Ambitious and career orientated
