Junior Sous Chef - £26-27k Luxury Hotel - Plus Accommodation

Junior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at this busy country Hotel & Restaurant near Haslemere for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food to AA rosette level. 

Junior Sous Chef - The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs 
• Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients 
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service 
• Strong Management skills 

Junior Sous Chef - The Person

• You will already be a Junior Sous Chef or an strong Chef de Partie
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members 
• AA rosette experience is an advantage but not essential 
• Good attention to detail 
• Steady Career History.
