Basic Salary to £23-24k + monthly bonus scheme + Free Parking
Gateway Hospitality Recruitment are a specialist Hospitality Recruitment agency based at the Corby Enterprise Centre in Northamptonshire. Specialising in the permanent recruitment of Hospitality Staff we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Position
• Making outgoing calls to interview and screen prospective candidates
• Calling and identifying both new and existing clients
• Excellent opportunity for someone to build long term career in all year round sector
Requirements
• Make out going telephone calls to prospective and existing clients & candidates
• Work to targets on monthly basis
• Self-motivated and confident personality
• Ambition to succeed and learn in sales environment with full admin and management support
• PC Literate with good IT and admin skills
The Role is office based as our clients are based all over the UK. The role will involve making outgoing calls to prospective candidates and clients. Applicants ideally need to come from a recruitment consultancy, telesales role or office based customer service that involves daily interaction with people over the telephone. You need to have a positive, enthusiastic and confident phone manner.
