Pastry Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel - Bury. St.Edmunds

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen with our client in the Bury St Edmunds area for a Pastry Chef de Partie. The hotel has a fine dining restaurant as well as preparing meals for afternoon teas, functions and weddings.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Head Chef
  • Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
  • Preparing all Bread & Pastry for the restaurant and afternoon teas, Weddings

The Person

  • You will already be a Pastry Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge
  • Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
  • Have experience of working in a good quality kitchen
  • Good attention to detail
