Chef de Partie. Our clients are recruiting a Chef de Partie for their fantastic Hotel & Spa near Letchworth & Baldock in Hertfordshire. This is an opportunity for a Chef to train and work with the Head Chef to produce outstanding all fresh food to a high standard.

The Role

You will work on all sections of the kitchen
Preparing dishes for the restaurant and hotel functions
Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy

The Person

Already working as chef de partie in a fresh food environment 
Enthusiastic with positive attitude. Keen to learn.
Ideal role for someone looking to learn in a busy environment from talented head chef
