A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this busy Gastro Pub near Sudbury for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving food of a AA rosette standard using fresh seasonal ingredients.
The Sous Chef role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs in team of 6
- Working in the AA Rosette kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service
The Person
- You will already be a keen Sous or Junior Sous on promotion
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in a 1AA rosette kitchen
- Good attention to detail
- Steady Career History
