Excellent Role with Luxury Hotel Restaurant in West Sussex

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the East Grinstead & Crawley area for a Head Chef to run and manage the restaurant at the hotel. The property has an has an excellent repuation for its food and service standards and is looking for a Head Chef to lead the Restaurant brigade and cook food to high AA rosette level.  The role will be working under an Executive Chef and you will implement new menu ideas with him.

The Role

• Running the Fine Dining Restaurant at the Hotel and leading a brigade of 6
• Cooking 2-3AA Rosette standard meals using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients 
• Preparing and plating meals for Lunch & Dinner guests and room service menu

The Person

• You will already be a Head Chef or a Sous on promotion
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills 
• Have experience of working to 2AA rosette level
• Good attention to detail 
• Steady Career History - ambitious chef looking for a career move not just a job
